Who we are

Champion Killfeed (“Champion”, “we”, “us”) runs the Champion Discord bot and the website at championshp.vip. Champion reads the logs of DayZ servers hosted on Nitrado and posts kills, hits, connections and other events into Discord, together with leaderboards, factions, an in-game economy and shop, and a web dashboard. Champion Killfeed is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive, Discord, Nitrado, Sony or Microsoft.

Your account

• You sign in with your Discord account. You are responsible for what happens under it, and for keeping it secure.
• If you connect a DayZ server, you confirm you own it or are allowed to manage it, and that you may give Champion access to it through your Nitrado account.
• If you add Champion to a Discord server, you confirm you are allowed to add bots there, and you are responsible for how it is configured in that server.
• You must be old enough to use Discord in your country, and you must follow Discord's and Nitrado's own terms.

Free trial

New server owners get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged during or after it unless you choose a plan and complete checkout. There is one free trial per account. When the trial ends without a subscription, the killfeed and the paid features pause and the Server Hub closes until you choose a plan. Your settings and server data are kept, so everything resumes once a plan is active.

Subscriptions and renewal

• Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. They renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• If we change a plan's price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it, and you can cancel before then.
• Optional add-ons (such as the Anti-cheat anti-cheat add-ons) are billed separately per server and follow the same renewal and cancellation rules.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the subscription page in the Server Hub or from the Stripe billing portal linked there. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again. See the refund policy for when money is returned.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it. You have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method from the billing portal. After that, the killfeed and paid features pause until a payment succeeds. Nothing is deleted while the service is paused.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• use Champion on servers or Discord communities you are not allowed to manage;
• try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get around the limits of the bot, the website or its APIs;
• use Champion to harass people, or to publish content that breaks Discord's rules or the law;
• resell or share access to a paid plan outside the communities it was bought for.

We may suspend or end access for accounts or servers that break these rules, and we will tell you why when we can.

Your content and public stats

Gameplay data from your server's logs (gamertags, kills, deaths and similar stats) is posted to the Discord channels you choose and may appear on public pages of this website such as the live killfeed, leaderboards and player pages. You keep whatever rights you have in your server and community content, and you let us use it to run and show the service. How we handle personal data is explained in the privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Champion running, but it depends on Discord, Nitrado and the DayZ server logs, which we do not control. The service is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error free. Features may change over time; if a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Champion Killfeed is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for problems caused by third-party services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will give notice on the website or in the Server Hub. Continuing to use Champion after a change means you accept the updated terms.
