Try before you pay

Every new server owner gets a 14-day free trial with no card required, so you can see the killfeed working on your own server before paying anything. You are only charged once you choose a plan and complete checkout.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the subscription page in the Server Hub or from the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. By default we do not give partial refunds for unused time in a billing period, including the rest of a yearly plan.

When we refund

Contact support within 7 days of a charge and we will refund it if:

• you were charged by mistake, for example twice for the same period or after you had cancelled;
• the charge was for the wrong plan or amount; or
• Champion did not work for your server during that period and we could not fix it.

We look at other requests case by case, and may refund in part or in full where it is fair to do so.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made through Stripe to the original payment method. Once issued, they usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to ask

Message us in the support Discord (or use the contact page) with your Discord username, the server or community name, and the date and amount of the charge. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. The rest of the billing rules are in the terms of service.
